On a unified technology portal, their asset-light business model incorporates global card networks working in India, credit card and debit card issuers, and other corporate customers in India, such as airline companies (Corporate Clients and, together with Card Networks and Card Issuers, the Clients), with numerous airport lounge players and other airport associated service vendors.
They enable entry to the following airport-related services for Clients’ customers: lounges, food and beverage, spa, meet and assist, airport transport, transit hotels/nap room access, and luggage transfer.
Furthermore, as of December 31, 2021, they have a worldwide network of 1,259 touch-points in 121 countries throughout the world, including India, thanks to their collaborations with other service providers.

Their supremacy is based on the fact that they provide access to 50 Indian airport lounges, and they have a market share of over 95 percent of all India-issued credit and debit card membership to airport lounges in Fiscal 2020. In addition, they accounted for roughly 67 percent of India’s total lounge access volume in Fiscal 2020.
They started functioning in 2013 by enabling lounge entry for Mastercard customers, and they now offer solutions to all of India’s major card networks, such as Visa, Mastercard, Diners/Discover, and RuPay, as well as many of the country’s leading card issuers, such as ICICI Bank Limited, Axis Bank Limited, Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited, HDFC Bank Limited, and SBI Cards and Payment Services Limited.
