About Signature Global
Through their subsidiary, Signature Builders Private Limited, they began operations in 2014 with the introduction of their Solera project on 6.13 acres of land in Gurugram, Haryana.
They have expanded their business over the years, and as of March 31, 2022, they had sold 23,453 residential & commercial units with a combined Saleable Area of 14.59 million square feet, all in the Delhi NCR region.
From 4,400.10 million in Fiscal 2020 to 25,900.38 million in Fiscal 2022, their sales increased at a compound annual growth rate of 142.62%.
They had sold 21,478 residential units as of March 31, 2022, with an average selling price of 2.81 million per unit. The “value homes” offered by them have appealing designs and modern conveniences.
Business Model
The Affordable Housing Policy, 2013, announced by the Town & Country Planning Department, Government of Haryana, & the Affordable Plotted Housing Policy, also known as the Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojana, have received our strategic attention. Each policy has as its main objective housing that is both affordable and mid-range.
The DDJAY-APHP is intended to promote the growth of high density plotted colonies in the state of Haryana, whereas the AHP aims to promote the strategy and completion of group housing projects under which residences of a pre-defined size are to be made available at a pre-defined rate & finished within a targeted time-frame to ensure increased supply of affordable housing.
The majority of our completed, ongoing, & upcoming projects are concentrated in Haryana.
Development & Offers
They aggressively work to raise the value of their projects by improving the surrounding area by building extensive community facilities and hiring renowned architects. Their AHP developments typically cost less than 3,000,000 per unit and feature amenities like leisure facilities, gardens, open spaces, and community halls.
Their DDJAY – APHP projects offer amenities like gyms, recreation areas, entertainment hubs, swimming pools, and sporting facilities, with typical per-unit costs ranging from 4 to 8 million rupees.
In order to provide additional convenience to residents, all of their AHP and DDJAY-APHP projects include a retail component. However, because there are no price caps on these components, the value of their projects is increased.
Signature Global IPO
Signature Global Limited, headquartered in New Delhi has submitted Draft Red Herring Prospectus(DRHP) to Securities and Exchange Board of India(SEBI) for initial public offering (IPO) of 1,000 Crore on 16 July 2022.
The offer includes a fresh issue of INR 750 Crore and there is offer for sale (OFS) of INR 250 Crore by the promoters mentioned in the DRHP. They are not looking for any Pre-IPO placement in this issue.
